  • The Tug and Water Slog are ideal apparatuses for competing in Lineman Challenge events. The movement of water inside adds another dynamic to lifting and carrying and one-on-one tug-of-war.
The Water Slog is used for carrying in races and The Tug for tug-of-war competition and both create intense competition and generate a lot of excitement. The movement of water inside creates dynamic resistance.

This is how I removed stuck spark plug wires/boots on a Toyota 5sfe, and look, I have a video to prove it!!

Worry not, though I show a Toyota this method can be used by anyone, with very minimal tools,, on any stuck plug boot pointing roughly toward the sky.

If you dislike ” just getting things done” or ‘problem solving’ then this method isn’t likely for you. You are welcome to give a thumbs-down, followed up by drinking your ‘not getting things done celebratory 6-pack of Natty Ice’.

    Other hopefully useful tips:

–Pushing before pulling will usually help get stubborn wires off by hand.
–Liquid Wrench down the boot and let soak 10-minutes or so
–Split the boot down the side with a small chisel or flat blade screwdriver
–If you are having trouble with the first wire, stop and run the vehicle until engine is hot it will help. GLOVES
    –Get some hose pliers
–Use the scissor jack from the trunk of your car, it will give you great leverage

These pliers are invaluable: https://www.harborfreight.com/3-piece-long-reach-hose-grip-pliers-37909.html Yeah, I said it, Harbor Freight, not Matco, Mac, SK, Proto, Wright or anything else US made. While all those are really nice, if you have em great, you do not need to spend $100-per pair of pliers for any reason. HF has garbage ‘anything-that-has-a-cord’, with a few exceptions, yet a lifetime warranty on all hand tools, absolutely 100% hassle free. Craftsman Professional in many instances aren’t any better, they are on their way out of business at any rate, becomes apples to oranges.

If you like waiting, get em online via link and pick up some cheap quadcopters, a $40 GoPro knockoff or other fun stuff while there: https://www.banggood.com/5Pcs-11-inch-Needle-Nose-Pliers-Set-Long-Reach-Tool-Pliers-p-1121852.html?p=CK21048090465201612M

Full disclosure: If you order up some crap from those last two links I get points that allow me to order some RC stuff, maybe a PTZ cam, some batteries…….Really though, grab a action cam that looks like a GoPro, pretty awesome before price factor!

Since I mentioned Harbor Freight, these are the things I have bought and use from there:
Hand tools (brake line wrenches, impact sockets, stubby wrench, torque wrenches, long box wrenches-10mm up, breaker bar, bolt cutters)
Automotive Jack(s) Very well made by the way.
    Welding leathers misc.
    Vise and anvils
Couple air tools (mini ratchet, butterfly ratchet x2, drill, mini polisher)
    Auto paint guns (great)
Auto dark welding helmet(I’d buy another, if I ever have to. 4 years on 1st)
    Inverter Arc Welder/TIG (fantastic)
Plasma Cutter (BANG for buck goodness! dry air)
110 Wire Welder (correct wire, great) Perhaps My Favorite, got that one for $20 during lot sale, open box that wasn’t run. Was only missing Cracker Jack prize, the “welding shield”.
