Other hopefully useful tips:

–Pushing before pulling will usually help get stubborn wires off by hand.
–Liquid Wrench down the boot and let soak 10-minutes or so
–Split the boot down the side with a small chisel or flat blade screwdriver
–If you are having trouble with the first wire, stop and run the vehicle until engine is hot it will help. GLOVES
–Get some hose pliers
–Use the scissor jack from the trunk of your car, it will give you great leverage

Craftsman Professional in many instances aren’t any better, they are on their way out of business at any rate, becomes apples to oranges.
