This video is my personal experience doing this swap. With the help of the internet, I figured out what needed to be done to make this successful. REMEMBER TO BE MINDFUL AND CAUTIOUS WHEN PERFORMING THIS PROCEDURE.
Sorry for the painfully awkward intro. And I apologize for the first view when I was disassembling the calipers. I was kind of limited with my camera equipment.

Step by step, this is how I took the 300zx caliper apart:
To start, remove the retaining clip and take the two pins out. May need to use a hammer to pound them out. This will release the old brake pads and shims (plates between pistons and brake pads). Use a C clamp and compress the first piston on the opposing side of the bleeder nut side. Crack the bleeder nut open. Remaining fluid should come out. Keep it open. While keeping the first C clamp compressed, grab another C clamp and compress the second piston. More fluid should come out. While keeping these C clamps compressed on the pistons, use channel locks and compress the third and fourth pistons. This will purge all of the remaining brake fluid within the caliper.
Next, we will remove the dust boots/shields and retaining rings on each the pistons. Grab some needle nose pliers. Start by setting one side of the pliers on the retaining ring and then grab some dust shield “flab”. You should have the retaining ring and part of the dust shield compressed between your needle nose pliers. Simply pull up or away from the piston. It will come loose. Its as easy as that. Repeat until all are removed.
Then break open the main brake lines on the calipers (if yours came with them). Grab a piece of wood or a few pieces (needs to be at least an inch and half). BE VERY CAREFUL ON THIS NEXT STEP. PROCEED WITH CAUTION. You’ll need compressed air. Use the wood as a shim and insert in the middle of the caliper. Make sure it spans the length of both calipers on one side. Basically make sure all 4 pistons will touch the wood at the same time. Blow compressed air and the pistons will start to move. The compressed air basically breaks them loose and pushes them out to get more access to them. But doing this to quick and with not enough wood shim will cause a piston to blow out, sounding like a gun shot. Happened to me at (time stamp). You can cause serious damage to your caliper or even yourself. Be very mindful and cautious.
It took some time for me to get the pistons out after this step. I used channel locks and grabbed onto the dust shield lip, making sure to not grab onto the shiny smooth gasket surface of the piston. Any gouges might and probably will cause a leak in your caliper. Use the channel locks and move the piston back and forth while applying force outwards. But that method was slow, so I used a standard screw driver and some needle nose pliers. Using a lever method while the needle nose pliers acted as a fulcrum for me to get leverage on the lip of the piston and slowly force it out. Continue until all pistons are out. This might take some time depending on your level of experience.
Lastly, the square cut seals located within each cylinder wall of the caliper; use a pick and simply scoop them out. Make sure to not make any gouges or marks in the cylinder wall. It could cause a leak. Unfortunetely for me, I didn’t have a pick but simply a pointed tool. I stabbed the old seal through and pulled it out.
