I have an old, rusted Wilton 1780 Tradesman vise that I will be restoring to service condition.
P2 – Spindle Retainer Removal: I end up having to drill the heads off the screws and remove them with locking pliers. Had this not worked I’d have cut the exposed parts off and drilled the remaining length out of the holes with a 1/8″ left-handed drill bit.
