I was very excited to get these Tweezers for review because I love to tell the difference between all the brands that create tweezers. This is a set of 2 tweezers.

I must be honest and upfront about this product and my experience. I was dissapointed because I had a little trouble communicating with the seller. And when I got the product I noticed stains throughout the product. It came with a yellow pouch to hold the 2 Tweezers in. The bag had black stains on it along with the Tweezers. I was fortunate enough to recieve only 1 of the product clean. While I was analyzing the pouch I noticed the stains but they were very light whereas the actual Tweezers were stained with what it looked like black ink. It looked like it was embedded on the product then it was finally glossed. I just cannot begin to get how no one sees this.

Everyone knows that presentation is the most significant aspect when it comes to buisness and products. I did not think it was ok that I was sent a product dirty. I was really happy about the pouch I got for the tweezers storage but was quickly dissapointed at the fact that it was smothered in what seems to be ink. Another factor I was dissapointed at was the fact that it came with a deflated protector. Why was that even placed in there?? It already came with bubble wrap to protect it.
I really suggest you look over your packaging and put more effort into your products and customers.

If the Tweezers worked better it might have a 4 star rating but 3 and a half would be my highest rating I would’ve given it. They grasp hairs well but I found them to be a little uncomfortable to hold.
Sorry if what I wrote/thought offended anyone. I just didn’t feel like sugar coating it this time.
