The T-Lock leveling System, is a tile leveling system designed for the installation of all kinds of tiles from 12”x12” and larger. This system is a wedge type system designed to be used without the aid of any tools; however a plyer tightening tool can be used for those that prefer to. The base plates come with automatic spacers built-in for different size grout widths, 1/32”, 1/16” and 1/8”. The bases are inserted around the corners of a tile and then the wedge is slid in to bring the tiles into plain. Once the tile has set the wedges can be removed with a rubber mallet hitting the bases in the direction of the grout lines, on floor they can simple be kicked with a foot if you like. The wedges are reusable and should be collected for use in future tile installations.
