Helping out a friend, Travel lift is too expensive so we decided to change while in the water. At the local and only service yard a travel lift short haul costs $10 per ft i.e. $370
Water temp was about 70 so wet suit for comfort and gloves to protect hands. GoPro stopped for some reason at end so sorry about that. That aside nuts and cotter back on easily.
Tools were my tank extension hose which will not do without. Fishing pliers for cotter pin. Monster crescent wrench and 3 leg gear puller was very helpful as the wood brace. Also not so obvious is a small mesh and clear window parts bag that I have around my neck for parts made for me by my friend Ellie. Cannot loose that shaft key or cotter else job is toast.
Sucked a whole tank ( which i think was full) in 30 min on this one.
