Optical Tweezers-Fluorescence Microscopy workflow



This movie shows the workflow of a typical single molecule experiment using optical tweezers coupled with fluorescence microscopy and microfluidics. This system can be used to study a multitude of different applications, such as protein (un)folding, DNA-protein interactions involved in varying DNA processes, and the movements of cytoskeletal motors among others.
