The plastic wrench for our whole house water filter ‘snapped’ in half and broke! In order to take off the housing and replace the filter with a new one; we purchased a Channel Lock wrench from Home Depot, this wrench is used to loosen the oil filter on a car. It is a strong wrench so it won’t crack like the white plastic one that came with it. Funny video this is! I couldn’t think of the name of this tool – so I had to interject a ‘voice over’ to explain what was going on! Hope this helps! ~~~Nancy Gurish
