Following someone’s posting on HaD (https://hackaday.com/2013/11/26/laser-wire-stripping/#comment-1116938) I had to try this. It turns out that nail clippers make excellent wire strippers and cutters, especially for smaller diameters where you need more “feel” to strip the wire successfully.
