Milling aluminum on my DIY CNC. As a test, I decided to improve my centre grip vise, adding new jaws at each ends, as well as making the bolt pockets larger so that I can use washers under the bolt heads.
Milling data: 6mm 4 flute end mill cutter at 18,000rpm with 2700mm/min feed rate.
