Metal Shaping with Lazze: Lazze’s Cleco Bridge Clip for Easy Pre-Assembly and Welding

In this video, expert metal shaping teacher Lazze, shows you his small clips for Cleco style temporary fasteners which are very useful especially when building in sheet metal and aluminum.

Holding large panels together with locking pliers or clamps is nearly impossible when building a whole car body or airplane, but with these small reusable clips you can securely hold long edges together before welding a seam, or when making adjustments or other changes to a panel.

Those with 4 holes are very useful when you hold a door to a body for example, you can use 2 holes with Clecos on the door and one hole with a Cleco on the body than the door can’t move up or down, it stays in the intended position.

When you’re done it is a simple task to weld the tiny Cleco holes. These are reusable just like Clecos.

They are available at www.lazzemetalshaping.com in the products section, on the hand tools page.
