Simple bracelets can be made from larger brass stampings by bending them to fit your wrist….using your fingertips, or a bail making pliers….or sometimes, a bracelet mandrel. Check out the video to grab some ideas and then make it your own! How rigid the stampings are will dictate whether you need tools or not. I am a big believer in experimentation, trial and error. Keep it simple when you can! Also reviewed in this video are B’sue’s method for setting tube rivets to finish a hole. You will see a dragonfly bracelet done start to finish except for punching the holes in the stampings….which anyone can do with a screw punch, an awl, a drill, or a drill press. The dragonfly stamping is our 99.9 percent pure silver plated nickel free silverware silverplate, sku number 05820 at https://www.bsueboutiques.com, in case you’d like to try the technique and make yourself a dragonfly bracelet like the one in the video. Remember to keep your fingers curled back and out of the way of the hammer! And go have some easy peasy fun in your own workshop! Thanks for watching, and we appreciate your visits to our website.
