In this video, I show you how I made a small anvil from I-beam. Anvils of this size are terrific as a jewelers anvil. A larger version could be made too… you’d just need to scale up the size of the I-beam and have several buddies with sledgehammers! I go through each step- starting with tapering the horn, and finishing with grinding the rounded horn to shape.
