This video demonstrates the setup process for a 2-jaw chuck on a 6″ tilting table (available for 8″in tables as well). Generally speaking, the setup process includes milling your work piece square, inserting parallels into the chuck, tightening the chuck and using a indicator to center your piece. Depending on the purpose of the work piece, it does not always have to be centered with a indicator.
