I had to use a vise grip and bench vice to remove torx screw as
I didn’t have the proper size torx the bolt holding in the pulley was tapered

Warning test that your pulley wheel runs free
before re- assembly because I had to use a
thin washer as the pulley was rubbing against
the spring mount
There are two bolts
that hold the spring
tensioner in place
that come out easy without removing the fan
and they all go back in as easy
