Quick video I made demonstrating how to use a coaxial cable compression tool to terminate RG6 cable. These compression tools can be purchased at most hardware stores or on the Internet. Compression fittings are much better than the crimp-on or the horrible twist-on fittings. Be sure you are using the correct fittings with the correct cable, i.e. use RG6 fittings with RG6 cable.
