This video shows you how to use items that you can get at a local store to freeze off a lock.
You’ll need:
- One can of compressed air (used to dust keyboards, computers, etc.) https://amzn.to/2taT1Lz
- A utility glove (https://amzn.to/2taW5aN) or oven mitten (https://amzn.to/2sbepLO)
- A hammer (https://amzn.to/2u4dL48)
When you turn the can upside down, the liquid that’s inside it sprays out.
NOTE: This liquid is actually NOT Liquid Nitrogen, but fluorocarbons which create a cooling effect when evaporated, (like rubbing alcohol.)
Watch the video for instructions and a visual on how it’s done.
Also know that I only did this because I forgot my combination and saw a great opportunity to do something neat. I’m pretty sure that I sprayed too much on it, but I wanted to make sure it would work!
WARNING: Please be safe if you do this and please don’t use this for anything illegal or anything else that would be questionable = P.
If you hurt yourself or get in trouble, I’m not liable for it!
Filmed at Biola University in La Mirada, CA
