I was trying to set the valve clearance on my Kazuma 90cc, and no where online does it mention what is TDC on the magneto. “Look for the mark”. Does a whole lot of good, when there are about 6 marks.
After fiddling, the |T following the |F is TDC. Also if you remove the cam sprocket cover, the little circle on the sprocket will line up as show in the video.
Clearance is .002″ both intake and exhaust. Both valves can be set at this time. 9mm for the locking nut, and probably 3mm for the adjuster. I used needle nose pliers.
Once I adjusted, Quad instantly had 120psi of compression, and started right back up!
