IMPORTANT – Most cases demand more than simply changing the seal(s). If your motor is burning oil it could be a cylinder out of spec, worn out rings etc. Also when servicing valves at least lap them in with valve grinding compound to prevent back firing etc. The bike used in this example is a 1998 Honda XR80R with a 1979 XL100S Cylinder head on it.
