The first of three videos in our 400EX top end rebuild series, this video covers top end disassembly including how to pull off the entire intake assembly, and how to remove the carburetor, exhaust, header pipe, top motor mount, cylinder head, cam chain tensioner, cam gear, and cam shaft. You will also learn how to remove the cylinder from the piston and how to remove the piston.
