This is a home made grip training device.Two wooden planks are glued together so that you get a more comfortable thickness for the pinch gripping. A 32 mm diameter hole is cut through one of the planks so that a metal pipe fits through. Weights are slid on the pipe and fixed with pony clamps. Instead of a metal pipe a table leg with a 30 mm diameter can be used. For the dead lift things like rolling handlebars can be attached to the metal clamps. This can be handy to train different grip angles.
