The instruction sheets that came with it are in English and Spanish. This tutorial is in English and meant to suppliment the rather rudimentary instructions that came with the kit. The allen wrench size used extensively in this build is 4mm, the hex bolt size upon initial examination appeared to be 1/2″ but is actually a full 13mm and 1/2″ tools will not work on it. A few (four) smaller size hex bolts are used to secure the top canopy but you can use the included sheet metal hand wrench for those, not a power tool. You can greatly speed up the assembly process by using a light to medium duty electric impact driver with 13mm socket adapter, pair of medium to large pliers (I used a leatherman tool), and a 13mm ratcheting wrench such as gearwrench or sears craftsman equivalent. Don’t use air tools on this or a high torque power tool to tighten the bolts. This project will take one skilled assembler around two hours or two people just over an hour.
