This is an outside the box approach to replacing the inner cam chain tensioner.
Lots of variations are possible when fabricating a tool. This is a simple approach that only requires some basic materials and welding ability.
Someone with a nice machine shop could produce a much nicer device but if they had a machine shop they would probably have a press and could remove the cams. Isn’t life grand! !
