Taking 0.175″ DOC, full 0.250 WOC, 5,100 RPM, and testing 25, 30 and 35 IPM in 6061 Aluminum.
I also discuss some of the science behind roughing end mills and how they are, in my opinion, more than meets the eye – really a force multiplier for a small shop!
