This is how I ended up to assemble RetroVGA adapters in quantities. My wrist has given me ache while continuously soldering for long time. Then I thought why not to fix the iron and move the board? It is small and easy to fit under. It also adds some spice for the brain because you move the PCB and not the iron. I use ERSA i-Con PICO in my setup.
