This is a demonstration of a new tool that will remove a 3 inch closet flange from PVC pipe, without damaging the pipe. It will leave the pipe ready to glue a new flange on. The Flange-off was invented and patented by Dennis Eck, owner of Woods Plumbing in Oklahoma City. Woods Plumbing is a 4 generation company started by Dennis Eck’s grandfather, Williard Woods in 1962.
