Clamps. Can never have enough of them. But sometimes with some projects I run out of my larger ones. Often I just need the clamp to open another inch or two. An easy way to make smaller Irwin clamps open wider is to knock out the lock collar/safety pin. The clamps still hold straight and strong. If the whole shaft comes out it slides back in without any trouble. Thanks for taking a look.
