Wood — OSB (Oriental Stranded Board) or plywood, enough for two 24″ long boards and one 30″ long board.
Nichrome wire — 3ft, 20 AWG
Hinges
Aluminum channel (2 ft. long)
Small wood block
Spring
Screws
Power connection:
Alligator clips
Lead wires
Cord with 3-pronged plug
Variac transformer
Tools:
Nail gun or glue & clamps for holding the boards together.
