How to flush your car, truck, van, or SUV’s radiator. A clogged up radiator will make your vehicle run hot. This is the easiest way to flush out all of the gunk that is inside of your radiator. It is important to get your vehicle up to temperature so that you can flush your heater core too.
Tools needed:
Channel lock pliers
A bucket
New Antifreeze
Distilled water
Radiator cleaner or White vinegar
Make sure you wear gloves, and dispose of your old antifreeze properly and DO NOT leave it out for pets to get to!
You can also take out the thermostat if you want to, but it is not necessary if you just run it through a couple of cycles.
