An update on attempts to cast a bespoke C ring tool for a 1930s Japanese eyedropper fountain pen, using metal epoxy putty. The rubber grease/teflon tape combo has worked well during tests, so I’ve cast a couple of C rings from the pen itself. The next thing to do is… well, to stop dragging my feet and actually try using them!
