Removing a broken bolt from a Porsche 924 S engine using an impact wrench stud extractor. This was an intake manifold hex bolt which had been rounded off by someone. After it couldn’t be moved I drilled and chiselled the head off.
Prior to this I’d tried mole grips, releasing agents, heat and a bolt extractor which snapped.
