I purchased a 1/8″ steel rod from Lowes to remove nocks from my 20 ” crossbow arrows. It makes it much easier to remove the nocks than using pliers and hot water. So far it has worked great. It cost $2.50 for a 4′ steel rod. I cut it in half , but you can make it fit any size arrow you want.
