Most people agree that the most difficult part of the AR15 lower receiver build is installing the trigger guard. When installing the roll pin for the trigger guard you have to be very careful to not break off one of the ears on the AR15 lower receiver for the trigger guard. It is best to press in the roll pin for the trigger guard versus using a hammer to tap in the AR15 trigger guard pin. You can use a C-clamp or Channel Lock pliers to press in the trigger guard roll pin. I found a better way to install the roll pin in the trigger guard than the previous methods. Just install the trigger guard roll pin in a drill and use the drill at low speed to press and rotate the trigger guard pin at the same time. The AR15 trigger guard roll pin will install much easier using this method.
