Part 5 of a retrim series for the Nissan 300zx seat, using a leather retrim ‘kit’. This video shows the bare back rest with all tim pieces removed, leaving only the leather skin and hog rings holding it together.
Hog rings are a real pain to work with, needing side cutters to cut them free. In some instances, you can just bend the hog rings out to remove them, as shown here.
